What is ISDE?
A national subsidy for sustainable heating
ISDE stands for "Investeringssubsidie Duurzame Energie" — the Investment Subsidy for Sustainable Energy. It's a Dutch national government scheme, administered by RVO.nl (the Netherlands Enterprise Agency), that supports homeowners who install sustainable heating equipment such as heat pumps.
The scheme is not run by TT Verduurzaming or any installer — it's a government programme, and the rules and available budget can change over time. That's exactly why we don't quote fixed subsidy amounts on our website: we'd rather give you accurate, current information in person than an outdated number online.
Who runs it
RVO.nl (Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland), the Dutch Enterprise Agency, administers ISDE on behalf of the national government.
What it depends on
The subsidy amount depends on the type of heat pump, its energy efficiency, and the scheme's rules at the time of your application.
When you apply
In general, ISDE applications are submitted to RVO.nl after the heat pump has been installed, using the invoice from your installer.
Cost factors
What influences the price of your installation
